Athletic dresses are all the rage right now. While it was common to see them on tennis players and golfers throught the years, you would never see them on the street!! Well things have definitely changed because we are seeing them everywhere for Spring and Summer. I decided to give this trend a try and I bought the Old Navy Exercise Dress a few months ago. Here’s my review…..

Powersoft Sleeveless Shelf Bra Support Dress
This is the Powersoft Sleeveless Shelf Bra Support Dress. This dress has a super smooth and flattering shape. The dress has breathable light compression which gives you that really slim fit.
There is a built in bodysuit layer. So the dress has shorts attached underneath! I love shorts under dresses trend. You don’t have to worry about showing too much and it just make you feel more confident!
It also has a built in shelf bra with removable cups! love that you don’t need to worry about wearing a bra or sports bra underneath depending on what activity you are doing. This is extra helpful on those super hot and sweaty days when bras are just uncomfortable.
This dress has lots of stretch! However, when I tried the xs I felt that it was really tight so I went with the small. I would not recommend sizing down on this one.
These athetic dresses are so versatile and can be worn with sneakers for walking or working out and sandals for running errands. You can throw a sweatshirt or denim jacket over it for chilly nights too!
I wore this dress while I was in Disney and it was 95 degrees!! It was so comfy for all day wear and I loved that it had a dressier look for going out to eat in the park.

Last up for Old Navy Athletic Dresses is this Sleeveless Powersoft 2 n 1 Performance Mini Skort Dress. This dress has the built-in shelf bra AND the built-in biker shorts. I love the flared mini skirt and how cute and girlie it is! There are adjustable cross-back straps and the dress also offers light compression to hold you in for exercising. You can get this in 4 other colors as well.
